**Please Note:  Sales that appear on these reports should represent valid arms-length sales as entered by the Town Assessors. Certain sales such as: sales between relatives or former relatives; sales between related companies or partners in business; sales where one of the buyers is also a seller; sales where the buyer or seller is a government agency or lending institution; multiple parcel sales; sales where the deed type is not warranty or bargain and sale; sale of fractional or less than fee interest; sales where there has been a significant change in property between taxable status and sales dates; sales of business is included in the sale price and other unusual factors affecting sale price may not be reflected on these reports.**
